As a Junior Fund Manager ESG - Fixed Income, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to our team's mission of integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our investment strategy. You will play a key role in monitoring fund performance and conducting analysis of fixed income markets and issuers. You will be part of an international team and have the chance to collaborate with colleagues across the organization, supporting our issuer engagement policy and presenting your own fund performance and ESG approach to customers and larger audiences. Your tasks

• monitor ESG funds' position weights and risk analytics compared to benchmarks and targets
• contribute to the analysis of fixed income markets and issuers
• engage and grow into our international fund management process
• participate in the integration of ESG analysis into the fixed income investment process
• support SRI colleagues in the issuer engagement policy
• trade fixed income and foreign exchange instruments
• prepare and update reports for pitch documents and other internal and external publications
• work on assigned projects
• be ready to present your own fund/performance and our ESG approach in front of customers and big audiences

Your background

• enthusiastic about capital markets, especially bonds, and ESG
• bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business, business law, accounting, finance, or technical degree with a strong focus on finance
• enrolled or ready to obtain additional respective qualifications like CEFA or CFA
• excellent Microsoft Office skills
• programming expertise (VBA, R, Python) would be an advantage
• high analytical capability and a precise style of working
• fluent in German and English
• strong presentation and communication skills
